As WithMe’s Service Representative, you will be responsible for implementing our printing and coffee solutions and ensuring our users and clients have a positive experience with every service interaction. This role reports to the Field Service Supervisor and is eligible to work fully remote within a designated region.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities Jr Service Representative (Level I):Provide courteous, helpful service to our clients.Install, program, calibrate, and maintain bean-to-cup coffee equipment with assistance from FSS, Manufacturer, or other senior Service Operations team membersWork with coffee equipment manufacturers via phone and/or video calls to repair machines, bothin the warehouse and onsite at clients’ locations.Keep proper inventory of all associated parts and tools.Visit our customers and clients in your designated region to check on their operational status,deliver products, provide weekly and/or monthly preventative maintenance, and change waterfilters.As available, support our fleet of wireless printer stations to ensure they are running smoothly andImplement our solution for new customers.Collaborate with other members of Operations and Client Experience teams.To Be SuccessfulThe Service Representative will be a detail-oriented and self-motivated team that takes pride in timely, high-quality service delivery, and as such, qualified candidates will possess:All Levels:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Passion for coffee is helpful, but a passion for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving arewhat is necessary to bring satisfaction from this type of work.A customer-obsessed mindset with a sense of urgency.Basic knowledge of plumbing and water line installation practices or willing to learnAbility to work in a physically active environment (ability to lift up to 65-90 lbs, crouch, reach, etc.).Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.High standards for excellence as well as strict adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules.Ability to work remote/or specific area if on-site.Ability to meet the minimum physical requirements:Ability to push, pull, and lift objects up to 65 lbs. from ground to table with the help of a hand dolly.Ability to push, pull, and lift objects up to 90 lbs. from ground to table with the help of another person.Must be able to stand, sit, squat, crouch, and reach on a regular basis.A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing or field service role.Interest in coffee and/or printing technology is a plus.Willingness to learn new systems, equipment, and processes.
