We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Website Master to join our Web Development team. This role provides hands-on experience in website design, development, and optimization.
ABOUT THE JOB
Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Website Development:Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.Implement website updates, enhancements, and new features as directed.Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and cross-browser compatibility.SEO and AEO Strategy:Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement on-page and off-page SEO and AEO strategies.Conduct keyword research and assist in the development of optimized content.Content Management:Update and manage website content to align with SEO and AEO best practices.Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency and quality.Technical SEO and AEO:Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website performance.Implement best practices for URL structure, meta tags, and other technical aspects.Analytics and Reporting:Use web analytics tools to generate reports on website performance.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Benefits:Exposure to cutting-edge web development technologies and strategies.Hands-on experience in designing and optimizing websites.Mentorship from experienced web development professionals.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.
