Sales Internship
Accrete AI is seeking a Sales Intern to join its federal team, supporting AI-driven branding and strategic outreach within the national security sector. This 12-week hybrid or remote internship offers hands-on training in enterprise sales processes, lead generation, CRM usage, and outbound messaging. The intern will work under the guidance of experienced Account Executives and Sales Directors to develop skills in prospecting, discovery conversations, persona-driven engagement, and opportunity management.
ABOUT THE JOB
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Research and develop customer personas and competitive positioningBuild and manage qualified lead lists using Salesforce and sales engagement toolsCraft persuasive outreach messages tailored to defense and intelligence stakeholdersPractice and participate in discovery calls, sales cadences, and follow-upsAnalyze influence strategies and buyer psychology to tailor sales messagingSupport product presentations and closing strategy developmentDeliver a capstone portfolio including outreach scripts, call playbooks, and pipeline summaries
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and develop customer personas and competitive positioning
- Build and manage qualified lead lists using Salesforce and sales engagement tools
- Craft persuasive outreach messages tailored to defense and intelligence stakeholders
- Practice and participate in discovery calls, sales cadences, and follow-ups
- Analyze influence strategies and buyer psychology to tailor sales messaging
- Support product presentations and closing strategy development
- Deliver a capstone portfolio including outreach scripts, call playbooks, and pipeline summaries
QUALIFICATIONS
- Background or interest in psychological operations (PSYOP), information operations (IO), military intelligence, or open-source intelligence (OSINT)

The ideal candidate brings a background or interest in psychological operations (PSYOP), information operations (IO), military intelligence, or open-source intelligence (OSINT), and is eager to apply those frameworks to strategic sales.
