AXIS Brokerage is seeking motivated transitioning military service members to participate in a structured Real Estate Sales Agent Training Program through the Department of War SkillBridge initiative.This program provides eligible active-duty service members with hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and practical training in residential real estate sales, property marketing, client representation, and real estate business operations.Participants will work alongside experienced real estate professionals to gain exposure to the daily responsibilities of a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent while developing the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a successful civilian career in real estate.Our mission is to help transitioning service members translate their military leadership, discipline, communication, and organizational skills into a rewarding career in the real estate industry.
