(E2) World Wide Operations Program Manager:The World Wide Operations Team is seeking candidates to work at the forefront of Apple’s Supply Chain. These individual will have the opportunity to learn and contribute toward transformational efforts across the Supply Chain. As a Program Manager, you will work with a globally dispersed cross-functional operations team to conduct root cause and alternatives analysis to add new supply chain capability, drive process optimization, increased scale & efficiency, and minimize cost.Qualifications:Exert thoughtful influence across multiple functional teams and be a strong teammate Possess sophisticated analytical and process analysis skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBe passionate about working through ambiguity Have the capability to dive deep into complex detail and emerge with clear strategies/plansBroad exposure to supply chain management processes which may include Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, and End Customer FulfillmentTrack record of leading strategic projects combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasksProven ability to handle deadlines and meet project constraintsAbility to facilitate Brainstorming sessions to gather requirementA proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.Bachelors degree required, MBA is desired
