Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful execution of construction management activities. Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, strategies, and schedules. Conduct thorough assessments and inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to maintain positive working relationships. Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during project development and construction phases.
