The Business Operations Associate SkillBridge training program prepares Service Members for entry level civilian business operations roles by providing hands on experience supporting organizational efficiency, internal workflows, data analysis, and cross functional coordination.
Participants work alongside the Business Operations team to document and improve operational processes, collect and analyze business data, support internal projects, and assist in day to day operational execution specifically related to staffing for and maintaining federal government contracts. The training emphasizes accuracy, organization, communication, and the translation of military operational experience into civilian business environments.
