Omni Federal's Customer Success SkillBridge Program is a three-to-six month internship. This opportunity includes a mixture of hands-on shadowing with Omni Customer Success team members, Omni Curriculum team members, customer interactions, and independent work.
In this opportunity, through a mixture of hands-on shadowing and independent work you will focus on key areas such as:Customer communication and relationship managementSupporting ticket/case management and escalation proceduresProduct knowledge and technical troubleshootingLearning CRM systemsData Analysis, reporting and customer success metricsYou will end this program with advanced customer success and strategic analysis experience, including managing complex and sensitive situations, creative solutioning to unique problems and leading customer success initiatives.
