Heavy Equipment Mechanic, seeking junior to senior level.
A Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heavy-duty vehicles, construction machinery, and industrial equipment. This role ensures the operational readiness, safety, and reliability of equipment used in construction, mining, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects. Heavy Equipment Mechanics support both scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled corrective repairs, often in demanding field and shop environments. he position requires strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical controls, powertrain components, and mechanical assemblies, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and perform repairs efficiently under time and safety constraints.
Bachelor's preferred.
