The Property Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of buildings and facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality environments for occupants. This position requires strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, vendor coordination, customer relations, and supervisory practices within a facility management context.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily facility operations, maintenance activities, and service delivery standards.Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and ensure proper servicing.Utilize facility management technologies such as BAS, EMS, IWMS, and cloud‑based platforms.Implement health and safety protocols, perform related risk assessments, and support compliance.Supervise facility staff and coordinate scheduling, productivity, and work management tasks.Manage contractors, service providers, and contract scopes; develop RFPs as needed.Monitor and analyze KPIs, productivity metrics, and work management tools.Maintain strong customer/tenant relationships, ensuring effective feedback collection and resolution.
