BLLTPRF SHAYD LLC offers a 26-week, in-person SkillBridge On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity in Pinellas Park, Florida, for transitioning military service members pursuing civilian careers in project management, quality control, and business operations.Participants receive structured, supervised training in project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, procurement, production coordination, quality inspections, workplace safety, customer communication, and project closeout.Training incorporates real-world commercial graphics, vehicle wraps, large-format printing, signage, and fabrication projects. The program emphasizes transferable leadership, project management, and quality assurance skills through hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced company personnel.
The Project Manager / Quality Control Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing commercial graphics, vehicle wrapping, custom printing, signage, and fabrication projects from initial planning through final delivery.Primary responsibilities include developing project schedules, preparing cost estimates, coordinating vendors and material procurement, monitoring production activities, conducting quality inspections, maintaining safety standards, communicating with customers, and managing project documentation.Participants will gain supervised experience identifying production deficiencies, implementing corrective actions, monitoring budgets and schedules, coordinating installation activities, and verifying completed work meets customer specifications and company quality standards.The 26-week training program includes progressively responsible assignments, direct mentorship, practical project management experience, and a final capstone evaluation to assess readiness for civilian project management, quality control, and operations positions.
Open to transitioning service members from all military occupational specialties who meet Department of War Skill Bridge eligibility requirements and obtain command approval. Applicants should demonstrate professionalism, leadership potential, organizational skills, effective communication, and an interest in project management, quality control, or business operations. Prior experience in commercial graphics, printing, or vehicle wrapping is not required. Participants must be available for in-person training in Pinellas Park, Florida.
