We are seeking a Vice President Regional Sports Media Advertising Sales to lead our advertising sales efforts in the region. This is a remote position that requires extensive travel.
ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities: -Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region to achieve revenue targets and grow market share -Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities -Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth and new revenue streams -Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and operations, to develop innovative advertising solutions and campaigns for clients -Develop and present proposals and presentations to clients and prospects -Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field -Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading high -performing teams -Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve revenue targets and grow market share -Strong understanding of the sports media landscape and industry trends -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills -Willingness to travel extensively within the region -Ability to work independently in a remote environment We offer a competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team in the sports industry.
