The Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing a nationwide network of independent 1099 healthcare providers to support Compensation & Pension (C&P) disability examinations and Occupational Health medical services. This role conducts market research, validates licensure and compliance requirements, collaborates with internal operational stakeholders, and supports onboarding and integration of credentialed clinicians into federal and commercial medical exam programs in accordance with regulatory and contractual standards.
The Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and engaging healthcare providers to support Leidos QTC programs. This role utilizes strategic outreach, market research, and relationship-building techniques to develop a strong provider pipeline. Key responsibilities include conducting targeted sourcing campaigns, maintaining accurate tracking in recruitment systems, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and effectively communicating the value of partnering with Leidos QTC. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
