T12 Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Project Manager II who will oversee the physical performance and overall efficiency of all personnel assigned to a project. This role involves active management of day-to-day operations, project scheduling, development of comprehensive project plans, and direct supervision of team members to ensure successful project delivery.

ABOUT THE JOB

Key Responsibilities:• Personnel Management: Supervise and manage the physical performance of all project personnel. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and project requirements. Monitor staff productivity and address any performance issues or challenges.• Project Oversight: Actively manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones. Implement and oversee project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks. Ensure adherence to project goals, deadlines, and quality standards.• Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between project personnel, stakeholders, and management. Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate project objectives, updates, and deliverables. Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure alignment with project requirements.• Compliance and Reporting: Monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and project updates to stakeholders. Document project activities and maintain accurate records for audits and evaluations.• Resource Allocation and Budget Management: Plan and allocate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost-efficiency. Review and approve expenditures, invoices, and procurement requests related to project activities.________________________________________Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry. Demonstrated success in managing personnel and leading projects to completion.Skills and Competencies:• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in project management tools e.g., MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.Working Conditions• Hybrid work environment with occasional travel to client locations or project sites as required.
