The First-Line Fabrication/Assembly Manager leads daily production operations for aircraft components and assemblies, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role supervises technicians and mechanics, coordinates workflow, resolves production issues, and ensures compliance with engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
Supervise and coordinate fabrication and assembly activities for aerospace structures and components. Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production goals. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain compliance with FAA and company standards. Provide coaching and training to employees while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
