MARINA MANAGER TRAINING SUMMARY: To equip the Marina Manager Trainee with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to effectively oversee all marina operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship. Develop transferrable entrepreneurship and small business operator skills. Identify and utilize relevant skills developed during military service that are valuable to employers.
The Marina Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marina operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent customer service skills to manage staff, maintain facilities, and drive revenue growth through various marina services. The Marina Manager reports to the Marina Owner.
