Program Manager
ABOUT THE JOB
The Program Manager plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing a portfolio ofprojects and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of programs.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or professional certification in computer science, information technology, homeland security, security informatics or related field.
- 5 or more years in leadership desired.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and security (e.g., CSPM, SICC) is desirable.
- Proven experience in security and telecommunications, with a record of successfully delivering projects.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, telecommunications protocols, and technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FCC, IBC, NFPA, NEC regulations).
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
