Construction PM/Field Operations - Herndon

E.E. Reed Construction is seeking motivated and experienced construction professionals to join our East Coast team. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in project management, field engineering, supervision, or skilled trades who are interested in growing their careers within a collaborative, high-performance construction environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

This role supports project teams throughout the construction process and plays a key part in delivering safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Experience in construction project management, field operations, or skilled trades
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and think proactively
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a project-based environment
• Proficiency with construction drawings and basic project documentation preferred

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
