The University Faculty/Staff Apprentice supports academic and administrative departments across the University while gaining hands-on experience in higher education operations. This training is designed to develop emerging professionals through mentorship, training, and practical assignments that prepare them for future roles in academia or university administration.
A combination of job shadowing, on-the-job training, and assignments or projects will enable selected applicants to gain insight into university operations and academics. Applicants interested in operations should hold a bachelor's degree or higher, while those interested in academics should possess a master's degree or higher in an academic discipline.
Degree preferred (bachelor's degree or higher for those interested in staff or operations positions) and a master's degree or higher in an academic discipline for those interested in academic careers.
