The objective of this program is to ensure the participant is trained and equipped with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to support technical project planning, production coordination, logistics management, operations tracking, and delivery execution for tactical hardware systems within a DoD environment. The intern will develop practical experience in project scheduling, resource management, operational reporting, Agile workflow management, manufacturing support, and cross-functional coordination while translating military operational leadership into civilian technical program management environments.
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to spearhead the assembly, testing, and delivery of our tactical hardware systems. In this role, you won't just be managing a timeline; you will bridge the gap between our brilliant engineering teams and elite DoD clients. You will own the project lifecycle—from tracking daily tasks and team hours to managing budgets and navigating complex DoD logistics. As an early hire, you must be comfortable wearing multiple hats today while building the processes we will rely on tomorrow.
