Supply Chain Consultant - Provide support services to expedite the implementation of the Enterprise Logistics Management (ELMS) application within the Joint Strike Fighter office and the Air Force Security Forces Command. Acquire continuing Information Technology (IT) subcontractor services in support of the ELMS effort that includes conducting analyses of customer data; recommending and implementing processes to enhance the implementation; updating and enhancing requirements for ensuring the ELMS is in compliance and configured properly to meet amended property financial management and valuation requirements.

ABOUT THE JOB

Supply Chain Consultant - Support of the ELMS effort in conducting analyses of customer data; recommending and implementing processes to enhance the implementation;. updating and enhancing requirements for ensuring the ELMS is in compliance and configured properly to meet amended property financial management and valuation requirements. Support the ELMS solution including Business Process Reengineering (BPR), testing the solution, cutover, post implementation stabilization, and sustainment once transitioned to steady state operations. Specific tasks may include:• Definition and communication of Implementation strategy, schedule, and key milestones• ELMS system requirements assessment• Business process definition and mapping activities to the applications that support them• Regression Testing• Preparation and delivery of ELMS System Change Requests (SCR) for customer specific requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting analyses of customer data
• Recommending and implementing processes to enhance the implementation of ELMS
• Updating and enhancing requirements to ensure ELMS compliance and proper configuration
• Supporting Business Process Reengineering (BPR), testing, cutover, post-implementation stabilization, and sustainment of ELMS
• Preparation and delivery of ELMS System Change Requests (SCR) for customer specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience at MAJCOM or HAF level preferred
• Ability to define and communicate implementation strategy, schedule, and key milestones
• Capability to assess ELMS system requirements
• Skills in business process definition and mapping activities
• Experience with Regression Testing
