Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Planning & Hospitality CoordinationAssist in planning and coordinating group travel, experiential getaways, VIP events, and hospitality activations for entertainment and sports clients.Research vendors, venues, accommodations, transportation options, and event resources to support seamless execution of travel experiences.Collaborate with the team to help build and manage detailed travel itineraries and service packages for consumers and clients.Marketing & Media IntegrationHelp develop and implement marketing campaigns across email, social media, print, and web to promote travel experiences and brand partnerships.Work with the media and content teams to create compelling travel and hospitality assets, including videos, blogs, digital guides, and promotional materials.Support SEO/AEO optimization, keyword tagging, and metadata strategies for promoting travel content online.Guest Services & CommunicationAssist in the communication and coordination of guest services, hospitality packages, and trip details for clients and consumers.Help manage pre-event communications and provide concierge-level service where appropriate.Partnership DevelopmentConduct research and outreach to hotels, resorts, venues, transportation companies, and event partners to develop and support long-term relationships.Work with internal departments on proposal creation, RFPs, and hospitality-driven sponsorship opportunities.
