Responsibilities:Travel Logistics: Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements for the sports media team, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling. Work with travel vendors to ensure smooth logistics for on-site event coverage.Hospitality Services: Contribute to the planning and execution of hospitality programs for clients, sponsors, and VIP guests during sporting events. Collaborate with the hospitality team to create memorable and personalized experiences.Event Coordination: Support the coordination of on-site events, including media briefings, press conferences, and client meetings. Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring all logistical elements are in place.Client Relations: Interact with clients and guests to provide exceptional customer service.
