HighGear Systems Administrator
1. Provide first tier (customer facing) support on the HighGear application that WBL Solutions has contracted to support a. Consistently provide a positive and friendly attitude (as the face/voice of WBL) in working technical issues with customers b. Enter tickets into any Helpdesk system if required and provide reports on performance c. Meet and/or exceed any Service Level Agreements for support with our partners or direct customers 2. Participate in either documentation, discovery and/or configuration any customer HighGear projects 3. Continually improve your skills in Enterprise Resource Planning Products such as Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, or associated 3rd party solutions
