Through a hybrid model of in-person and telework training, participants will gain the knowledge, certifications, and practical skills needed to become licensed insurance agents. This opportunity combines structured learning, real-world experience, and mentorship with the goal of offering full-time employment after successful program completion.

Service members will gain hands-on experience in:Client interfacing and relationship buildingRisk analysis and mitigation strategiesInsurance compliance and regulationsBusiness operations and insurance software (Applied Epic)Preparing for Oklahoma state licensing exams (Life & Health, Property & Casualty)The program includes mentorship from experienced professionals, practical exercises such as shadowing and role-playing, and a personalized training timeline. By the end of the program, participants will be fully licensed and positioned for long-term success in the insurance industry, with the potential for full-time employment at Mollett-Hunter Insurance.
