The ideal candidate is a passionate, community-driven professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.Develop and implement strategies to grow MGM Runs’ membership base.Organize community-building activities, such as meet-ups, workshops, and group runs.Actively engage with members across social media, email, and in-person events to foster a sense of belonging.Program CoordinationPlan, coordinate, and execute community events, including runs, fundraisers, and wellness initiatives.Manage event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, permits, and vendor coordination.Collaborate with the Programs Team to develop new initiatives that align with the organization’s mission.Assist in drafting grant proposals, sponsorship materials, and impact reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
