Texas A&M University On the Job Training
SkillBridge positions are all dependent on availability. New positions can be added depending on demand. Our 90-180 day internship program is led by industry experts teaching, coaching, and training participants in the practical application of skills learned during the program. Interns are exposed to employee training and career development as they work under close supervision of university staff. -Possible Internship Opportunities with Texas A&M: Finance and Business Services | Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness | Marketing and Communication | Office of the Commandant | Emergency Management | Environmental Health and Safety | Facilities Management | IT/Network Management | Transportation Services | University Police Department | Utility and Energy Services | Pharmacy Technician Program | Veterinarian Technician Program-Service members benefit from wellness classes, guest speakers, and guided training or curriculum curated for transitioning service members. -Pharmacy Technician Program is designed as a Cohort based training plan and the SkillBridge Participant must start at the established Cohort date. -Veterinarian Technician Programs must have prior experience in this discipline to participate (There are some exceptions, inquire about those by emailing <SkillBridge@tamu.edu>).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in a 90-180 day internship program under the supervision of university staff.
- Engage in practical application of skills learned during the program.
- Exposed to employee training and career development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willing to relocate to the College Station area for the duration of the program and beyond.
- Pharmacy Technician Program requires starting at the established Cohort date.
- Veterinarian Technician Program requires prior experience in the discipline (exceptions may apply).
