ABOUT THE JOB

Independently process all payments, including checks, ACH, Wires, and uploads. Address check and ach positive pay exceptions daily. Update daily logs and smart sheets, to include daily reconciliation.Complete positive pays before end of day. Monitor and resolve disbursement inquiries. Process void requests in a timely manner.This role requires a highly organized detail-oriented person able to work in a high-volume environment. Effective communication skills are essential.
