Throughout this program, multiple types of office spaces (legal, administrative, and academy) and job requirements for each will be divided and taught through hands on experience with each office type receiving 1-2 months of time for training and development of standards, responsibilities, and operational needs. Receive hands on training within a legal office, administrative office, and Academic office. The last two weeks of the program are dedicated to career resources within the chosen field and office. Upon completion of the program a Certificate of Training will be awarded.
LEGAL OFFICE: This is administrative work providing litigation and administrative support to legal firm. Work includes serving as first point of contact to office visitors and callers, preparing legal correspondence and documents, creating and maintaining files, supporting attorney seminar preparation and presentation, and coordinating filings with attorneys. Work is bound by federal and state regulation but requires independent judgment in setting priorities and handling assignments. EDUCATION: The Office Coordinator plays an integral role in the school’s administration by being the face of the campus for all who visit. They serve as the first point of contact and the backbone of the main office’s day-to-day operations, including organizing and executing all aspects of scholar attendance and records keeping. The Office Administrator provides courteous, hospitable service to all stakeholders and assists with the general administration and operation of the campus.
