Interns grow in biblical leadership, strengthen on-base ministry efforts, and support the mission of developing disciple-making soldiers who follow Christ, become like Him, and multiply their faith.

ABOUT THE JOB

Upon completion of the Engage Your Destiny Internship, apply for the MILITARY ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE position. The Military Engagement Associate is responsible for supporting the operational, administrative, and engagement functions of Engage Your Destiny’s on-base ministry. This role ensures accurate scheduling, consistent communication, data tracking, and ministry coverage while supporting discipleship, prayer, and community-building efforts. The position requires strong organizational skills, relational maturity, spiritual discernment, and the ability to operate within established ministry boundaries and policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Supporting the operational, administrative, and engagement functions of Engage Your Destiny’s on-base ministry.
• Ensuring accurate scheduling, consistent communication, data tracking, and ministry coverage.
• Supporting discipleship, prayer, and community-building efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Comfort using digital tools such as Asana, Slack, calendars, and messaging platforms.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated spiritual maturity and commitment to prayer.
• Ability to maintain healthy ministry and professional boundaries.
• Experience in ministry, nonprofit, or military-adjacent environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with base ministry operations and RSO requirements (preferred).
• Experience coordinating events or community programs (preferred).
• Experience working with CRM or text communication platforms (preferred).
