ECF Remote Office 365/Windows 10 Engineer
The Office 365 Engineer will provide the engineering and second level of support for all Office 365 platform and related services. A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate technical skills, proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft Office 365 Platform Services and Windows 10. Assess, design and support solutions on the Office 365 platform components and Windows 10. Architecture and engineering of Microsoft Office 365 Groups, providing guidance and deep technical knowledge on various Office 365 architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment. Must be able to talk about Windows 10 and Office 365 Platform Services across all organizational levels (Technical, PM's and Executives.)

Experience with/and Troubleshooting Knowledge OfExperience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Exchange, Azure AD, Intune, Team’s, SfB and OneDriveExperience with migrating to Exchange, Team’s, and Windows 10.Experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Modern Authentication and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)Experience Azure AD and Conditional AccessExperience implementing One Drive.Must have experience with either Team’s or Skype for BusinessExperienced with the Microsoft Office 365 Security Center - deploying policies and other best practice configurations and reviewing message traces and audit logs.Experience deploying and configuring SfB/Team’s audio, video and telephony solutions as well as integration with Exchange/Office 365 Unified MessagingExperience integrating Team’s with other unified communications systems (chat, media, video, voice)Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills as well as collaboration skills. Able to convey technical concepts to individuals without prior technical knowledge or understanding of topics.Able to coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful upgrades, installations or integration activities.Ability to perform client testing, server patching and deployment assistance.

- Deploying policies and other best practice configurations in the Microsoft Office 365 Security Center.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting Exchange, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, SfB, and OneDrive.
- Experience with migrating to Exchange, Teams, and Windows 10.
- Experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Modern Authentication and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience with Azure AD and Conditional Access.
- Experience deploying and configuring SfB/Teams audio, video and telephony solutions as well as integration with Exchange/Office 365 Unified Messaging.
- Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
