Apple’s Legal & Global Security Solutions team is seeking a skilled professional to lead the assessment and advancement of its next-generation crisis management platform. In this opportunity, you lead vendor engagement, business reviews, and strategic alignment efforts supporting Apple’s global crisis communication and emergency alerting ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for showcasing current platform capabilities, conducting comprehensive vendor evaluations, facilitating cross-functional business meetings, and ensuring leadership alignment on long-term strategy.
(LB6) Crisis Management Assessment Analyst - This role will evaluate current tools and processes supporting incident awareness, emergency communications, and response facilitation for Apple’s employees and facilities. Responsibilities include conducting vendor reviews, scoring solutions, managing milestones, and preparing strategy proposals.Qualifications:Proven leadership in operational planning and incident management.Familiarity with command center or situational awareness processes.Experience with systems and processes used to gather and organize information in real time.Proven track record leading strategic planning discussions, vendor engagement and driving alignment.Experience partnering across functions to ensure ideas, risks and challenges heard and factored into the strategy.BA/BS degreeStrong communication and facilitation skills.Experience in intelligence analysis, threat management or security operations.Experience with software development lifecycle.Experience documenting business requirements and functional requirements for product designLeadership experience
