Training Focus:During the program, the participant will gain exposure to:GovCon Fundamentals: FAR/DFARS compliance, ethics, security, and cleared workforce operationsExecutive Operations: Organizational structure, leadership decision-making, and operational oversightContracts & Program Execution: Contract lifecycle management, subcontracting, risk, and performance trackingFinance & Controls: Budgeting, pricing models, indirect rates, invoicing, and audit readinessStaffing & HR: Cleared recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, workforce compliance, and employee engagementBusiness Development: Market analysis, capture planning, proposal development, and customer engagementProduct & Technology: Product-based offerings, licensing models, delivery, and sustainmentMarketing & Brand: GovCon marketing constraints, branding, recruiting marketing, and industry engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Understanding GovCon business operations across contracts, compliance, finance, staffing, business development, product delivery, and marketing
• Gaining exposure to FAR/DFARS compliance, ethics, security, and cleared workforce operations
• Learning about organizational structure, leadership decision-making, and operational oversight
• Managing contract lifecycle, subcontracting, risk, and performance tracking

• Conducting market analysis, capture planning, proposal development, and customer engagement
