Account Executive
ABOUT THE JOB
The Regional Markets Account Executive sells and services products directly to group clients or through broker/consultant relationships for groups 2-5,000 lives. Builds and maintains strong relationships to foster sales growth. We promote a competitive, yet collaborative culture where teamwork is emphasized, and compensation is awarded individually. You will succeed by building rapport and fostering relationships with brokers and brokerage operational staff, acting as the primary interface from MetLife to help deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Additionally, the Account Executive works with key internal stakeholders – sales partners, underwriting, implementation & service to meet company objectives for sales, growth, retention, and financial results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sells and services products directly to group clients or through broker/consultant relationships for groups 2-5,000 lives.
