Our Social Media SkillBridge Internship offers transitioning service members a hands-on opportunity to develop digital marketing skills while supporting a mission-driven company.As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with the Marketing and Social Media team to execute content strategies, engage with our passionate audience, and learn how to grow and protect a brand online.

ABOUT THE JOB

Develop and schedule social media posts aligned with brand voice and marketing goalsMonitor and engage with social media community across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)Analyze post performance and generate simple reports to guide improvementsCollaborate on campaigns, contests, and influencer partnershipsGain proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok For Business, and content calendarsUnderstand social media compliance and brand reputation managementComplete a structured training plan including:Meta Academy coursesPositive community interaction goalsAccuracy and consistency benchmarks for postsRegular feedback and coaching sessions

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and schedule social media posts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Monitor and engage with social media community across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
• Analyze post performance and generate simple reports to guide improvements
• Collaborate on campaigns, contests, and influencer partnerships
• Gain proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok For Business, and content calendars
• Understand social media compliance and brand reputation management
