Attorney internship

Participant will serve as a law clerk/intern in the Atlanta office of a civil litigation law firm. Participant will perform tasks in all aspects of commercial and employment law litigation, from pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial and appellate law practice.

Law clerk performing all aspects of civil litigation in a face paced national litigation firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform tasks in all aspects of commercial and employment law litigation
• Engage in pleadings
• Participate in discovery
• Assist in pre-trial preparations
• Contribute to trial and appellate law practice

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed to practice in at least one US State
