ABOUT THE JOB

This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving network and security incidents involving Cisco, Extreme, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba technologies. Responsibilities include handling customer Move/Add/Change/Delete (MACD) requests, triaging issues across multiple technology stacks, and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients, while using monitoring tools like OpsRamp to proactively identify issues and trends. The goal is to deliver timely, effective issue resolution that meets business requirements and Service Level Agreements, while ensuring proper problem management to prevent recurring incidents.This SkillBridge will include at least 50% live-synchronous remote training.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Diagnosing and resolving network and security incidents involving various technologies such as Cisco, Extreme, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba.
• Handling customer Move/Add/Change/Delete (MACD) requests.
• Triaging issues across multiple technology stacks and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients using monitoring tools like OpsRamp to proactively identify issues and trends.
• Ensuring proper problem management to prevent recurring incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Experience with network and security technologies including Cisco, Extreme, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba.
• Ability to use monitoring tools like OpsRamp for issue identification and trend analysis.
• Skills in collaboration and communication with teams, vendors, and clients.
