The Vice President of Factory Operations position supports a centralized operating model with focus on productivity and operational excellence (OpEx) across 10 manufacturing locations. This leader will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, optimizing production processes, and driving operational excellence. In addition, this leader will play a critical role in scaling production capabilities, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and operations management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.
