Aviation Charter Business - Operations Manager
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations of our Part 135 aircraft charter business. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations while coordinating closely with pilots, maintenance, charter sales, and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and maintains a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage day-to-day flight operations, including scheduling aircraft and crew; ensure full compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations, company manuals, and safety standards; coordinate with maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and minimize downtime; oversee trip planning, including weather, routing, fuel, permits, and handling; act as the primary liaison between charter sales, flight crews, and clients to ensure seamless trip execution; develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
