Business Development, Sales & Marketing Training Program

The Business Development, Sales & Marketing Training Program provides transitioning Service members with practical exposure to the commercial foodservice, manufacturing, and government sales industries. Participants gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, account management, marketing, customer engagement, and government contracting while learning how these skills translate to civilian careers. The program is designed to prepare Service members for successful employment opportunities across multiple food-related industries following military separation.

ABOUT THE JOB

Participants receive structured training through observation, mentoring, and practical application of business development, sales, and marketing principles. Training includes market research, customer relationship management (CRM), government and commercial sales processes, proposal development, product presentations, account management, trade show participation, business communications, and strategic planning. The focus is on developing transferable civilian workforce skills and providing meaningful exposure to careers within the commercial marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, account management, marketing, customer engagement, and government contracting.
• Participate in market research, customer relationship management (CRM), government and commercial sales processes.
• Engage in proposal development, product presentations, account management, trade show participation, business communications, and strategic planning.

Integrity Global Sales participates in SkillBridge to provide transitioning Service members with meaningful industry exposure, civilian workplace experience, professional mentoring, and transferable business skills. Completion of the program does not guarantee employment with Integrity Global Sales but equips participants with business relationships and practical knowledge and experience that support a successful transition into civilian careers across a variety of industries.This position requires reliable transportation, with several days per week requiring in-person account visits. Gas and work-related travel costs will be reimbursed.
