Project Manager - Project Manager
Provide analytical and organizational support as Project Manager. Conduct assessments on organizational readiness and system impacts, and report findings. Develop communication and training strategies to support system implementation. Facilitate collaboration across departments, document business processes, and support change management. Create project materials, end-user training, and business procedures. Apply project management tools to develop schedules, resolve issues, and support process improvement with strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
ABOUT THE JOB
Manages cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Oversees scope, schedule, resources, risks, and vendor coordination. Develops and tracks project plans, manages changes, measures performance, and communicates status to stakeholders at all levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to manage conflict and influence across teams.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
Education Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The Project Manager requires strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and system implementation strategies. Skilled in business process design, change management, and communication planning. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict and influence across teams.
