Program Manager

Directing the development of nationwide policy and program initiatives and managing or directing major components of program/projects. Overseeing facilities and infrastructure management to ensure timely and effective planning, delivery, operation and sustainment of the mission support facilities and infrastructure portfolio. Leasing, construction and repair/alteration projects. Ensuring Real Property portfolio supports a strategic mix of facility projects; engage in business improvements to facilities more efficient and effective processes; manage co-location campus facilities and programs. Promoting the development of a project/program management culture through the use of proper tools, processes, and disciplines; managing all facilities emergency management activities including continued operations, reconstruction, reconstitution, repair and other elements of disaster recovery.Analyzing ongoing operations and making adjustments when needed to improve service delivery and provide budgetary oversight to enable effective stewardship of funds for construction, leasing, and renovation projects. Directing subordinate supervisors concerning technical, professional, administrative, or comparable work. Making decisions on work problems presented by subordinate supervisors. Evaluating subordinate supervisors and serve as the reviewing official on evaluations of non-supervisory positions; recommend selections for subordinate supervisors. Reviewing and approve serious disciplinary actions involving non-supervisory subordinates. Approving expenses such as within-in-grade increases, extensive overtime, and travel.
