This role provides hands-on experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the advertising and infrastructure sectors.
ABOUT THE JOB
Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Client & Vendor Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and government entities.Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure compliance and contract execution.Contract Development & Execution:Develop and execute strategic contract plans to meet project goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms align with company objectives.Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and service providers.Market Research & Regulatory Compliance:Conduct research on industry trends, procurement strategies, and regulatory changes.Ensure contracts comply with federal, state, and local regulations.Maintain organized contract documentation and track key deliverables.Reporting & Communication:Prepare and present regular contract status reports to management.Communicate risks, challenges, and recommendations to internal teams.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.Benefits:Exposure to cutting-edge marketing strategies in the transportation industry.Hands-on experience in client relationship management and sales strategy execution.Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.
