ENSCO's Lead from the Front (LFF) Military Transition Program is an approved SkillBridge internship under DoDI 1322.29. The LFF program provides eligible service members the opportunity to gain work experience through industry-specific training within the last 180 days of military service. Eligible service members in any branch, regardless of rank, enlisted, or officer, are encouraged to apply. The training and work experience provided may vary depending on the internship.The LFF program is an unpaid internship through the DoD SkillBridge program. SkillBridge participants continue to receive payment and benefits through their respective military branch as active-duty service members. The Mission Systems Group (MSG) is currently providing cybersecurity, engineering, and support staff for the Defensive Cyber Operations for Space (DCO-S) program office.As part of a skillbridge program, ENSCO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer.to support our Space Force customer and existing DCO-S workforce. Must be local to Colorado Springs, CO and work in office full time.Duties will include:Support the DCO-S Mission Deployment Team, managing the IT integration efforts of DCO tool suites from initial kickoff through transition to sustainment.Oversee/support junior project managersEngage with Space Force Mission partners and engineers ensuring project remains on schedule, and within cost, while ensuring performance requirementsSupport the DCO-S program office alongside senior PMs and ENSCO's current team.Travel with DCO-S fielding team to CONUS and OCONUS sites supporting site surveys, installation, and post installation test and evaluation activities. Travel 25% anticipated.Provide feedback to the Support software development team in the successful Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) contributing to continuous improvement with DevSecOps.Support systems engineering and integration of cyber relevant capabilities into Space Force's DCO-S mission systems.Qualifications Required:5 years working with Air Force / Space Force IT/Cyber programs.3 years Cybersecurity, IT or network project management experience within DoD.BA/BS in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering disciplines or equivalent experience.Experience using computers and software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.Strong work ethic.Detail-oriented with good organization skills.Possess good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.Current 8140 IAM/IAT Level I or higher certificationAn active SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE and ability to attain a TS-SCI security clearance, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen.
