We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. This role provides hands-on experience in designing marketing materials, websites, and social media content.

ABOUT THE JOB

Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Design Creation:Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.Collaborate with marketing teams to create concepts that align with campaign goals.Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.Content Management:Update and manage visual content across various platforms.Work with content creators to integrate design elements into campaigns.Technical Skills:Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics.Stay updated on design trends and tools to ensure innovative outputs.Collaboration:Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.Benefits:Exposure to cutting-edge design tools and strategies.Hands-on experience in creating impactful visual content.Mentorship from experienced creative professionals.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.

QUALIFICATIONS
