The Paralegal or Lawyer SkillBridge Program at Ride Fear Free is designed for transitioning service members seeking executive level exposure to legal strategy, contract development, intellectual property protection, compliance systems, and government registration processes. This role supports organizational growth by ensuring legal structure, risk management, and regulatory alignment across training programs, sponsorship agreements, nonprofit initiatives, media production, and fundraising campaigns.This structured leadership track can be applied for with a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 180 days, based on command approval and program alignment. ABOUT THE JOB

The Paralegal or Lawyer provides legal oversight and strategic guidance to support Ride Fear Free operations and expansion.Primary responsibilities include:Draft and review contracts including sponsorship agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and service contracts.Support nonprofit compliance documentation and reporting requirements.Research federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks relevant to training programs and fundraising initiatives.Assist in intellectual property protection including trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection strategies.Support preparation of government registration documents and contracting compliance materials.Develop internal policy documentation and legal risk mitigation procedures.Conduct legal research related to liability management, waivers, and participant agreements.Prepare summaries, memos, and executive briefings on legal matters.Integrate artificial intelligence based legal research platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy.Coordinate with executive leadership to align legal strategy with growth objectives.This role prepares participants for legal leadership positions within nonprofit organizations, corporate environments, or government contracting sectors.Apply Now:https://my.usaev.net/v2/preview/XzeuSbt1qLZMX1AD3Sqt
