WAYS Energy is a veteran- and family-owned energy drink company on a mission to support veterans, first responders, and their families. This SkillBridge opportunity provides hands-on training for transitioning service members to support executive operations, communications, and mission-aligned outreach in a fast-growing startup.
Interns will serve as Executive Assistants to company leadership, supporting daily operations such as calendar management, internal and external communications, meeting prep, nonprofit coordination, and strategic initiatives. They will gain exposure to brand strategy, veteran outreach, logistics, and administrative excellence.
Passion for supporting military and first responder communities. Strong communication skills are preferred.
