The Digital Systems, Media & Security Foundations role provides structured, hands-on training in the digital operations of a healthcare-adjacent CPR and public safety training organization. Participants assist with maintaining the organization’s website, supporting digital marketing and social media platforms, organizing digital media assets, and applying responsible data protection practices related to certification records and client information.Throughout the program, participants gain practical experience working with website content management systems, social media platforms, digital communication tools, and workflow documentation processes. The role also introduces foundational Quality Assurance (QA) concepts through structured online training and applied testing exercises to identify workflow errors, improve system reliability, and document digital processes.Participants work under direct mentorship while completing progressive training modules that develop technical competency, security awareness, professional communication, and operational reliability. The program provides real-world experience supporting digital infrastructure in a healthcare-adjacent environment and prepares participants for entry-level roles in digital systems support, digital marketing operations, Quality Assurance, and future cybersecurity career pathways.
