Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Management Intern
QuidelOrtho is excited to launch unique opportunities for Active-Duty US Service members with authorization to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program as directed by their respective command. QuidelOrtho is a DoD Skillbridge authorized participant.DoD SkillBridge authorized Cohorts are available based on full-time open positions that align to the service member's skill sets and experience based upon the requirements of the job description.The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Management Intern will support QuidelOrtho’s ERP consolidation program. This role will provide deep exposure to key program management process including stakeholder management, action planning, meeting minutes, reporting, and more.
ABOUT THE JOB
The ResponsibilitiesSupport logistics coordination for workshop facilitationTrack and report progress on testing, validation, training, documentation, etc.Support data scrubbing and data entry activitiesSupport program RAID log management and action item follow upExposure and understanding of program management best practicesUnderstanding and hands on experience with common program management tools and mechanisms such as Smartsheet, status reports, meeting minutes, business cases, lessons learned, risk mitigation, etc.Exposure to manufacturing processes and industry regulationsPerform other work-related duties as assigned.The IndividualRequired:Active-Duty US Service members authorized to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program.High school diploma or equivalent; preferred bachelor’s degree in information technology or related.Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Highly organizedAbility to work well in team settingsKnowledgeable in Microsoft productsKeen interest in project managementThe Work EnvironmentNo strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 60% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 40% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Active-Duty US Service members authorized to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program

- Ability to work well in team settings
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft products
- Keen interest in project management
