This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities:Project Planning and CoordinationDevelop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.Oversee all onsite construction activities from pre-construction to close-out.Resource ManagementManage and allocate labor and subcontractor resources efficiently.Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to the jobsites.Deliver projects on budget. (labor)Quality ControlEnsure that work meets quality standards and complies with project specifications.Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.Safety ComplianceOversee and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site.Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.Team LeadershipLead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Foster career advancement of direct reports and field team members.CommunicationMaintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients and team members.Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.Problem SolvingIdentify and address issues or obstacles that may impact project timelines or outcomes.Implement effective problem-solving strategies to keep the project on track.Documentation· Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders.Qualifications:Proven experience as a superintendent in a similar role.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Valid driver's license, DOT Medical card and any required certifications.Proficient in interpreting construction plans and blueprints.Knowledge of pool construction materials, equipment, and techniques.Understanding of safety regulations and compliance.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.What Coastal Pools Offers You· Take home truck· Year-round employment, no offseason layoffs.· 401(k)· Dental insurance· Vision insurance· Health insurance· On-the-job training· 10 Days PTO after 90 days – Accrual System· 15 Days PTO Max· Additional 8 Paid Holidays· Bonus opportunities based on efficiency and profitability· Opportunities for advancement in growing organization· Relocation opportunities
