Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our business development team. Lead business development and strategy for a portfolio of programs in the FMS market segment for Simulation. The right individual will provide direction on organic growth of existing business development targets/programs internationally as well as develop and lead the future business capture strategy in the DoD and adjacent markets in support of a diverse set of customers and programs. The successful candidate must possess domain experience, customer experience, the ability to develop early win strategies for customer outreach and targeted influence, understand innovative technology to communicate discriminators, and present to senior management in a concise fashion to enable early bid/no bid decisions. The job will have potentially significant travel (up to 50%).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead business development and strategy for a portfolio of programs in the FMS market segment for Simulation.
- Provide direction on organic growth of existing business development targets/programs internationally.
- Develop and lead the future business capture strategy in the DoD and adjacent markets in support of a diverse set of customers and programs.
- Develop early win strategies for customer outreach and targeted influence.
- Understand innovative technology to communicate discriminators and present to senior management to enable early bid/no bid decisions.
